Our challenge was to reproduce identically the original 1906 stuc décor while integrating, above the ornamental elements, the passage of air, water, air-conditioning and electrical networks — without altering the historic lines and curves.
Work on the ground-floor areas included the creation of decorative Stuc-Pierre features, such as walls, ceilings, mouldings, ornaments, pilasters, and more.
