The Château de Sceaux was built between 1856 and 1862 and decorated by Architect Le Souffaché for the Duke of Trevise.
A photograph dating from 1930, taken before the dismantling of the woodwork, revealed that the décor had been copied from the oval drawing room of the Hôtel de Soubise.
Restoration of the entire original décor of the grand salon.

Archival research, creation of a scale model, and full-scale drawings of the cornice ornaments as well as all the decorated panels.

The sculptures were modelled in clay and plastiline.
The moulds were cast in elastomer, and the decorative elements were produced in staff.
