Our challenge was to recreate the original 1906 stucco décor, integrating air, water, air conditioning and electrical systems above the decorations without altering the lines and curves of the historic structure. Work on the ground floor areas involved the creation of decorative Stuc-Pierre cladding, including walls, ceilings, mouldings, ornaments, pilasters, etc.
