Type of WORK
Staff & stone stucco
Built alongside the Grand Palais for the 1900 Universal Exhibition, this historic building houses the City of Paris Museum of Fine Arts.
As part of its renovation, we designed stone stucco wall surfaces in perfect continuity with the existing historic walls, while restoring all the ceilings and ribbed vault intersections in staff.
Our intervention also extended to the restoration of the soffit and stringer of the staircase, as well as the treatment of the walls, consoles and alcoves on the ground floor surrounding the staircase.
