TyPE OF WORK
Stone stucco, marble stucco and plasterwork
Our company carried out the complete restoration of the stone stucco work on the ground floor of this prestigious Parisian hotel, which is listed as a historic monument. The work involved the reception hall, the concierge desk and the lobby with its lounge, from the walls with their arcades, friezes, niches, medallions and mouldings to the coffered ceilings.
The grand staircase, from the first to the sixth floor, underwent a complete restoration of the stone stucco and marble stucco panels, including the underside of the staircase, the stringers and the walls, to restore the original majesty and elegance of this iconic feature.
In the atriums, stone stucco decoration was created on the walls and ceilings adorned with cornices.
We also restored the plasterwork and decorative plaster elements in the three salons on the first floor – the Salon des Aigles, the Salon Marie-Antoinette and an intimate space – to restore the splendour of these delicate and refined decorations.
